I am humbled and honored by your generosity and thoughtfulness. My students are truly so excited to read this novel alongside The Great Gatsby and I know it will truly enrich their reading experience and understanding of the immigrant story. As a diverse school with so many American stories, both of these novels, side by side, help us understand ourselves and all of those around us.
