Joanna Lamb has been Baruch’s speech-language pathologist since November 2016 and has been with the DOE since 2010.
She holds a BFA in Theater from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and an MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Adelphi University. Ms. Lamb loves that her job is never boring and always brings new challenges. She particularly enjoys working directly with her students on vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills as well as collaborating with her colleagues.
Ms. Lamb is at Baruch Mondays and Wednesdays and when she’s not here, she is evaluating students all over Manhattan for speech services. After school, she provides speech therapy for adult and geriatric patients. While her career goals shifted after college, she still enjoys watching and performing in theater during her free time. Ms. Lamb can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
