The Common App was established in order to allow you to spend less time on the busywork of applying for admission, and more time on what’s really important: college research, visits, essay writing, and senior year coursework.
Over 400 colleges and universities support the use of the Common Application. The form can be downloaded from their website here: www.commonapp.org.
Some schools will accept the applications online and others only by mail.
You will be asked to fill out and submit basic information that is common to all schools. Many of these schools will also require a supplementary section which asks for information which is pertinent to them.
**YOU MUST REMEMBER TO UPDATE NAVIANCE WITH EVERY SCHOOL YOU APPLY TO, AS WELL AS HOW YOU ARE APPLYING- OTHERWISE YOUR TRANSCRIPTS, SCORES, AND RECOMMENDATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT!!**
