School Leadership Team

Overview

The School Leadership Team (SLT) develops educational policies for BCCHS and ensures there are resources to support those policies. The SLT must have an equal number of parents and staff and must include the School Principal, Parent Association/Parent-Teacher Association President and the United Federation of Teachers Chapter Leader. Each High School SLT must include a minimum of two student representatives.

The SLT is responsible for developing our school’s Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP)

The SLT is also responsible for making a yearly evaluation of the principals’ record of developing an effective, share decision-making relationship with the SLT members during the year.
