Posted in General

Join us on Tuesday, November 22, 6-7PM, for a virtual gathering of Baruch parents/guardians. This monthly conversation is for parents and guardians to examine and discuss a short text or film/video to deepen our understanding of racism in America.

The goal is to better ourselves and our parenting on this urgent topic. The discussion will be moderated by Nancy Mah Chau and Shino Tanikawa; Principal Perez will participate.

For our first meeting, we will discuss Defining Racism: “Can We Talk?” — the first chapter of Why Are All the Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria? by Beverly Daniel Tatum.
